Li Li advises and acts for private individuals, financial institutions and private companies in both local and cross border transactions. She also advises investors on the establishment of joint ventures and strategic alliances, sale and purchase of shares and assets and the restructuring of companies and businesses, including the conduct of due diligence and drafting of legal documentation.

As part of her corporate practice, Li Li has advised non-profit organisations and charities in their establishment and governance and assisted in the drafting of their constitutions. Li Li’s practice further includes advising on branding and management agreements, licence and franchise agreements and distribution agreements.

Florence’s experience covers a broad spectrum of commercial transactions,including joint ventures, collaborations, and mergers and acquisitions in Singapore and across the world including Myanmar, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Florence also handles venture capital work, asset acquisition (covering real estate, vessels, and aircrafts), asset financing, security documentation, trade financing documentation, corporate and investment restructuring, employment advisory related matters, and personal data protection matters.

Peck Chin specialises in real estate law, advising both corporate and individual clients on acquisitions and disposals of real estate,
regulatory matters, government land sales, housing developments and leasing matters. She handles financing matters for financial
institutions, corporate and high net worth clients.

Kanya’s practice covers a wide range and includes commercial litigation with particular emphasis on banking litigation. She heads our family practice department which was a finalist for the Asian Legal Business SE Asia Law Awards’ Matrimonial and Family Law Firm of the Year 2020 award. Kanya advises clients on all aspects of family law. She has litigated numerous contentious cases and was involved in a high profile case involving the treatment of stock options under Singapore law as matrimonial assets.

Kanya also leads our mortgage recovery team and advises clients on all aspects of banking litigation including commencement of proceedings,
enforcement and execution proceedings. Her area of practice also includes landlord and tenancy matters, drafting of and advising on commercial contracts, real estate litigation, contentious probate litigation, drafting of wills and various aspects of debt recovery.
