Clarise is an associate with experience in commercial disputes and restructuring & insolvency. She has acted for clients in the Singapore High Court and Court of Appeal.

Yiew Min focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation work. While in university, Yiew Min was part of the 2-man team who won the Advocate segment of the NUS CJC Advocacy Cup 2021. He was also a semi-finalist of the CMS IP Moot 2022.

Nayo primarily focuses on civil and commercial litigation. Assisting with a matter in which the team represented one of the parties accused of defrauding Mr Dmitry Rybolovlev, a Russian Oligarch and owner of AS Monaco Football Club, of some US$1 billion from the purchase of numerous masterpieces, including works by Picasso, Monet, Rothko and Da Vinci. The team successfully resisted an application by the counterparty to lift a stay of proceedings in Singapore on forum non conveniens grounds. Tyronne practises civil and commercial litigation Acting for a multi-national health and electronics technology company in an arbitration in connection with claims arising out of construction of its flagship building in Singapore.

Gillian has advised and acted for clients in a wide range of matters including commercial disputes, Restructuring and Insolvency and Probate and Administration.

Lyi Shyuenn focuses on civil and commercial litigation. She has acted for and advised clients in matters relating to shareholder disputes and international arbitration.

Jeslyn practises civil and commercial litigation. She also acts for and advises clients in matters relating to matrimonial disputes.
